Located in the heart of Downtown Vacaville, Bloom Beauty Bar offers a Full Service Salon; with a collective of 9 talented licensed stylists and an esthetician.

Hi, I am Stephanie Moreno, the owner of Bloom. I, as well as the other stylists and our esthetician, have a passion for creating a welcoming, positive experience for every client of Bloom Beauty Bar. As true professionals that are ready to help you achieve your beauty goals, we pride ourselves on our quality work and great customer service. As a team, we continue our education of techniques & products in an ongoing manner. Our Stylist range from several years to Seventeen years in the industry and also have an array of specialties from expert colorists to formal styling, extensions, and men’s cuts.

At Bloom, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy gorgeous, healthy hair, and that’s why we carry clean products suitable for every hair type. In addition to Eleven, we also carry Kevin.Murphy, Actiiv, Joico, Aiir, Color Wow, and Amika products.

Our journey

After working at multiple salons over the years and experiencing the "mean girl mentality" that often happens within the industry, I wanted to create a space for others to feel empowered, respected, and supported! In 2022 I accomplished my "career dream" and purchased Bloom salon. I started at Bloom at the beginning of the pandemic and it was a terrifying time! Salons were “closed” and there was so much uncertainty both in the world and with my career path being a stylist during a pandemic. I remember my very first day at Bloom, I came into a welcome home sign in my locker. Little did I know, this truly would become my home! When Julie Shelly first approached me about taking over the salon, I knew it felt right and was everything I had been looking for. I had been looking into opening my own salon for at least the past 3 years and for one reason or another, each location turned out to not be a good fit. One of the many reasons I knew Bloom was it for me was the amazing camaraderie that Bloom has. We have an amazing team of women who constantly lift each other up and support each other.

Since then, I have given it a complete facelift. Using my eye for design and functionality, I transformed it into Bloom Beauty Bar! I have implemented various new features and services to ensure our clients receive a luxurious experience during their visit. We realize we can’t anticipate every question you may have so please call/ text us with any further questions!

  • Generally, we ask that you please give 24hrs notice. However, cancelation/ rescheduling policies vary per stylist; ask your specific stylist about their personal policy.

  • Yes, we offer Gift Certificates.

  • We ask that if your child does not have an appointment, please leave them at home. We try our best to provide guests with a relaxed and pampered experience.

  • YES, Unfortunately in the earlier days, there was a myth that said your natural hair oil will protect your hair during color services. However, we now know that is wrong! Whether it be for color or extensions, your service will have better results with clean-washed hair.

  • Every stylist is different, so make sure to check with them, but generally, if you are purchasing through the salon, we take all forms of card, cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

  • Pre-booking is the best way to guarantee your next appointment. Some of our stylists book out weeks in advance.

  • Sometimes we can accommodate, but calling/ texting the salon is best. We can usually get you in the same day or within the next few days if you don’t have a preferred stylist.
