Stephanie Boughner-Moreno
Owner & Stylist
Stephanie has 20 years of experience in the salon industry and is a master of her craft! After working at multiple salons over the years and experiencing the "mean girl mentality" that often happens within the industry, she wanted to create a space for others to feel empowered, respected, and supported! In 2022 Stephanie accomplished her "career dream" and purchased Bloom salon. Since then, she has given it a complete facelift. Using her amazing eye for design and functionality, she transformed it into Bloom Beauty Bar! Steph has implemented various new features and services to ensure our clients receive a luxurious experience during their visit.
For 15 years, Steph has specialized and become certified in multiple methods of hair extensions. Including WBR, hand-tied, volume weft, hidden row, tape-ins, and k tips. She is a master at blending extensions by cutting and custom coloring for the "perfect match." In addition to extensions, she specializes in many other services like Balayage, Blonding, and dimensional/ vivid color. Steph is passionate about helping her clients maintain healthy hair by protecting its integrity. With the ever-growing amount of hair loss happening, Steph can offer advice and products that have personally helped her! If you are looking for a truly experienced professional, up-to-date on education, who will keep your hair and scalp healthy with a customized experience, she is your girl!
While not in the salon, Steph enjoys spending time with her Wife Carlie, a local Realtor of 17 years, and Daughter. They love camping trips in their trailer and making memories with their Family and Friends over pool time and backyard BBQs! The Family is active within the Community and loves contributing and attending all of Vacaville's local events!

Kelli Reed
Meet Kelli, our free-spirited and soulful stylist who brings light, laughter, and creativity to every appointment. At 32 years old, she embodies the fiery energy of her Leo sun, radiating warmth and confidence both behind the chair and in life.
Guided by salon owner Stephanie Moreno, Kelli has honed her craft with a special focus on blonding, curly hair, and extensions. For her, hairstyling isn’t just about transformations—it’s about creating meaningful energy exchanges that leave clients feeling empowered, confident, and deeply connected.
Outside the salon, Kelli thrives in nature and embraces a spiritual lifestyle. You’ll often find her camping under the stars, soaking in hot springs, pulling tarot cards, or grounding herself with crystals. She’s also passionate about fitness and lifting weights, believing that prioritizing health and self-care is the foundation for living fully and joyfully.
Kelli is a true “girl’s girl” and the ultimate hype woman—someone who lifts others up and reminds them of their worth. Alexcia Banks
Meet Alexcia!
Alexcia has a natural eye for creating dimensional, lived-in transformations. She loves crafting bright blondes and seamless highlights that leave her clients glowing with confidence. With a passion for blending tones and bringing depth to every head of hair, she specializes in making hair look effortlessly radiant.
Outside the salon, Alexcia is a true cowgirl at heart. She grew up caring for animals and even worked on a ranch while going to school, which taught her dedication, patience, and a kindhearted spirit that shines through in all she does. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find her camping under the stars or spending time with her animals.
Her warm personality and adventurous spirit make her a joy to be around— and her talent for hair transformations makes her one to watch.

Erin Jenkins
Erin Jenkins has been a professional hairstylist since 2011, bringing a calm, welcoming energy and years of experience to every appointment. With advanced training in blonding and grey blending, Erin has become known for creating natural, lived-in color that grows out beautifully and fits seamlessly into her clients’ everyday lives. While she specializes in these techniques, she’s skilled in all areas of color and cutting and loves helping clients find a style that feels like them.
Erin believes that a salon visit should be more than just getting your hair done—it should be a relaxing, uplifting experience. Her goal is always to make clients feel comfortable, heard, and confident, while delivering hair that looks amazing and works with their lifestyle.
Originally from Alaska, Erin has been licensed in four different states thanks to her life as a military spouse, gaining a wide range of experience along the way. Now settled and focused on building lasting relationships with her clients, she’s passionate about helping people achieve the best hair they can have—with less stress and more ease.
When she’s not behind the chair, Erin is usually off on an adventure with her husband and their four kids, getting lost in a good book, or spending time in the garden.

Sabrina Kaur

Melanie Roberts
Melanie is a passionate and detail-oriented stylist who’s been creating gorgeous hair for around five years. She specializes in lived-in blondes, dimensional color, and extensions—but her creativity doesn’t stop there. Kristy Moreno
Kristy is a curl and color specialist obsessed with helping women fall in love with their natural texture. With three years of experience behind the chair, she’s living proof that it’s never too late to chase your passion and create the life you love.
When she’s not making magic in the salon, Kristy is traveling as an educator for the Rëzo Academy out of New York City, sharing her love for curls and teaching stylists how to bring out the best in every texture. She’s proudly certified in advanced Rëzo cutting and coloring techniques, and while curls are her heart, she loves working with all textures—her straight-haired girlies are just as special to her! ✨
Outside of the salon, Kristy is all about traveling to new places, creating memories, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their four amazing kids. Her love language is absolutely cooking—nothing makes her happier than feeding the people she loves.

Heather Tormey
Heather is a licensed cosmetologist with 17 years of experience specializing in dimensional color and short haircuts. She is also Brazilian Blowout certified and will leave your hair looking sleek and smooth. Heather loves being able to help people achieve their hair goals and feel confident about themselves. If you're unsure what kind of cut suits your face shape, let her know, and you can discuss options together.
Heather is super energetic and loves to laugh and be silly with clients. When not at work, you can find her at the gym or out camping with her family and dogs.

Amber Osborn
Amber is a passionate stylist at Bloom who specializes in color and extensions. She is a Vacaville native, and here are people she holds very close to her heart. Amber has been doing hair for 15+ years and still loves every bit of it.

Stefanie Pace
Stefanie is a licensed stylist with a passion for high style, precision color, and only the best natural products for her clients. Dedicated to providing the cleanest and healthiest experience possible, Stefanie has placed a major emphasis on clean color technology and is certified in Original and Mineral hair color. O&M is a permanent, professional color line with no ammonia, PPD, or resorcinol.
With 20 years of professional experience, she is consistently furthering her education, learning new skills, and pushing herself daily to prioritize her clients’ beauty and health.
Originally from Folsom, Stefanie has embraced Vacaville as her hometown and is enjoying raising her two beautiful daughters with her husband in this amazing city.

Leah Silva

Erin has been a licensed esthetician for 13 years. Her Grandmother inspired her to get into the beauty industry and always reminded her to put her lipstick on. Wise woman if you ask me.
Erin specializes in waxing, customized facials, and beautiful custom spray tans. She prides herself on thorough, quality services and loyal, honest relationships with her clientele in a non-judgmental zone.

Chelsea Higgins
Chelsea is our exceptional guest service manager at Bloom. She is the first gorgeous face you’ll see when you enter the salon and is responsible for ensuring you have a great experience with us. Beyond caring for our amazing guests, she also keeps things moving smoothly behind the scenes such as detailed sanitation procedures and keeping our space clean and safe for all of us. She will help you check in and out and grab your favorite products for you to take home as well. When she’s not in the salon, she’s probably throwing down in the kitchen or rescuing sweet baby animals for her homestead. Don’t forget to say hi to her at your next visit.
Tori Olton
Meet Tori, the vibrant force behind our social media presence at Bloom Beauty Bar. Tori is a multi-talented individual with a diverse array of professions under her belt. With a background in caregiving, photography, website design, and fine art, Tori brings a unique perspective and creative flair to our team.
A graduate of Sacramento State University in 2022 with a degree in photography, Tori's formal education has provided her with a solid foundation in visual storytelling, which she seamlessly incorporates into her work at Bloom Beauty Bar.
Tori's journey with Bloom Beauty Bar began serendipitously. As a client of Stephanie's, she stumbled upon an opportunity to merge her passion for creativity with the beauty industry. Since then, Tori has immersed herself in the world of hair, eager to learn and explore every aspect of the craft.
With her keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling, Tori excels in capturing the essence of Bloom Beauty Bar through captivating reels and engaging content. She takes immense pride in showcasing the heart and soul of our salon, ensuring that our online presence reflects the warmth and expertise that defines our brand.
