Owner & Stylist
Stephanie has 17 years of experience in the salon industry and is a master of her craft! After working at multiple salons over the years and experiencing the "mean girl mentality" that often happens within the industry, she wanted to create a space for others to feel empowered, respected, and supported! In 2022 Stephanie accomplished her "career dream" and purchased Bloom salon. Since then, she has given it a complete facelift. Using her amazing eye for design and functionality, she transformed it into Bloom Beauty Bar! Steph has implemented various new features and services to ensure our clients receive a luxurious experience during their visit.
For 15 years, Steph has specialized and become certified in multiple methods of hair extensions. Including WBR, hand-tied, volume weft, hidden row, tape-ins, and k tips. She is a master at blending extensions by cutting and custom coloring for the "perfect match." In addition to extensions, she specializes in many other services like Balayage, Blonding, and dimensional/ vivid color. Steph is passionate about helping her clients maintain healthy hair by protecting its integrity. With the ever-growing amount of hair loss happening, Steph can offer advice and products that have personally helped her! If you are looking for a truly experienced professional, up-to-date on education, who will keep your hair and scalp healthy with a customized experience, she is your girl!
While not in the salon, Steph enjoys spending time with her Wife Carlie, a local Realtor of 17 years, and Daughter. They love camping trips in their trailer and making memories with their Family and Friends over pool time and backyard BBQs! The Family is active within the Community and loves contributing and attending all of Vacaville's local events!

Kelli Reed
Meet Kelli, our vibrant and versatile stylist who brings a unique blend of passion and creativity to the salon floor. At 30 years old and born under the sign of Leo, Kelli's warmth and enthusiasm shine through in everything she does.
Under the mentorship of salon owner Stephanie Moreno, Kelli has mastered the art of hair styling with a focus on blondes and curls. Her dedication to her craft is evident in her attention to detail and her commitment to helping every client look and feel their best.
Beyond the salon, Kelli leads an adventurous lifestyle, finding joy in the great outdoors and pursuing a variety of interests. Whether she's lifting weights, camping under the stars, cliff jumping into crystal-clear waters, or hula hooping in the sunshine, Kelli embraces life with boundless energy and enthusiasm.
She's also a firm believer in the importance of self-care, whether it's soaking in hot springs, indulging in a little pampering, or simply taking time to recharge in nature. Kelli's love for softball, longboarding, and road trips keeps her active and on the move, always seeking out new experiences and adventures.
But above all, Kelli is passionate about using her skills to uplift others and help them feel better about themselves. Whether she's behind the chair or out exploring the world, her genuine care and infectious positivity leave a lasting impression on everyone she meets.

Sabrina Kaur
Sabrina has been practicing Cosmetology for 7 years. She specializes in Threading, men’s, women’s, & kid’s haircuts, as well as Balayage and Blonding services. Sabrina is Brazilian Blowout certified. She also offers Makeup services for all your special occasion needs.

Melanie Roberts
Melanie is a very driven and personable hairstylist. While in the beauty industry for about two years, she has built a passion for lived in blondes, dimensional colors, and extensions, but it doesn't stop there! She loves anything from simple color to a vast transformation, and she will put her all into it no matter how big or small the transformation may be. When Melanie isn't behind the chair, she's either getting her nails done or traveling with her boyfriend while surviving off of Monster Juice Energy drinks. When you are in her chair, you can count on her to have a monster and new nails every visit!

Kristy Moreno
Kristy proves it’s never too late to start your dream career! She spent years in the restaurant business before pursuing her true calling, Cosmetology.
She is a driven and ambitious hairstylist with a passion for helping people look and feel their best! Whether it be a fun, bold color, a new haircut, or Balayage, her goal is to truly understand what her clients want and work with them to achieve their ideal look. She has mastered the art of curly hair and offers expert solutions for your natural curls to give you the perfect curly hair experience.
Kristy is also passionate about taking new courses to expand her education continually.
Being a part of Downtown Vacaville, a city where she was born and raised, is just one of the many reasons Kristy loves being a part of the Bloom team. She enjoys participating in community events and giving back.
When not creating beautiful looks, you can find Kristy cooking for her family and friends. Cooking is her love language, and she loves spending time with her four children and her husband, Nate, also a Vacaville native. Kristy enjoys taking moments of self-care by enjoying wine in her garden, which she considers her sanctuary.

Heather Tormey
Heather is a licensed cosmetologist with 17 years of experience specializing in dimensional color and short haircuts. She is also Brazilian Blowout certified and will leave your hair looking sleek and smooth. Heather loves being able to help people achieve their hair goals and feel confident about themselves. If you're unsure what kind of cut suits your face shape, let her know, and you can discuss options together.
Heather is super energetic and loves to laugh and be silly with clients. When not at work, you can find her at the gym or out camping with her family and dogs.

Tara Gallick
Tara has been a hairstylist for 18 years. During her experience behind the chair, she has dedicated herself to focusing on the individual needs of each and every client that sits in her chair. Time spent with each client is meticulously tailored to their specific wants and needs. She specializes in Dimensional Colors, Balayage, and Smoothing Treatments.
For about 10 years, Tara traveled all over Northern California to educate other aspiring stylists on the Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and Keratin Complex Color. Since becoming certified in Smoothing Treatments, Tara continues to train in Advanced hair cutting and hair color techniques to keep herself relevant to the ever-evolving hair industry.
When she is not behind the chair perfecting her craft, she enjoys spending time with her family and grabbing a glass of wine with good friends.

Amber Osborn
Amber is a passionate stylist at Bloom who specializes in color and extensions. She is a Vacaville native, and here are people she holds very close to her heart. Amber has been doing hair for 12 years and still loves every bit of it.
When she isn't behind the chair, Amber is at home spending time with the people she loves most, her Husband and daughters, and don’t forget about their dog.

Stefanie Pace
Stefanie is a licensed stylist with a passion for high style, precision color, and only the best natural products for her clients. Dedicated to providing the cleanest and healthiest experience possible, Stefanie has placed a major emphasis on clean color technology and is certified in Original and Mineral hair color. O&M is a permanent, professional color line with no ammonia, PPD, or resorcinol.
With sixteen years of professional experience, she is consistently furthering her education, learning new skills, and pushing herself daily to prioritize her clients’ beauty and health.
Originally from Folsom, Stefanie has embraced Vacaville as her hometown and is enjoying raising her two beautiful daughters with her husband in this amazing city

Leah Silva
Leah is a licensed cosmetologist with love for all things hair. She specializes in vivids, balayage, and haircuts. She’s a Vacaville native and a friendly face when you visit Bloom. Leah is fun-spirited, and it shows through her work. When she’s not in the salon, she’s spending time with her family and a new puppy!

Micheila Strachan
Micheila is a licensed hair stylist assisting Stephanie Moreno and is eager to expand her skills in color, extensions, and curly hair styling.
Beyond the salon, Micheila is an avid baker and a devoted pet mom to two German Shepherds. She loves staying active with Pilates, camping, and hanging out by the lake or pool. A Scorpio at heart, Micheila is also a passionate traveler, reader, and a huge Swiftie. And when it's time to unwind, you can find her enjoying any Studio Ghibli film.
Micheila’s enthusiasm and diverse interests bring a fresh and vibrant energy to our team. She's excited to learn and grow with us, and we can't wait for you to meet her!

Erin McLean
Erin has been a licensed esthetician for 13 years. Her Grandmother inspired her to get into the beauty industry and always reminded her to put her lipstick on. Wise woman if you ask me.
Erin specializes in waxing, customized facials, and beautiful custom spray tans. She prides herself on thorough, quality services and loyal, honest relationships with her clientele in a non-judgmental zone.

Chelsea Higgins
Chelsea is our exceptional guest service manager at Bloom. She is the first gorgeous face you’ll see when you enter the salon and is responsible for ensuring you have a great experience with us. Beyond caring for our amazing guests, she also keeps things moving smoothly behind the scenes such as detailed sanitation procedures and keeping our space clean and safe for all of us. She will help you check in and out and grab your favorite products for you to take home as well. When she’s not in the salon, she’s probably throwing down in the kitchen or rescuing sweet baby animals for her homestead. Don’t forget to say hi to her at your next visit.

Meet Aryanna, the warm and welcoming face behind our exceptional guest service experience. With a passion for travel, a love for quality time with family and friends, and an unwavering commitment to providing the best service Bloom can offer, Aryanna embodies the spirit of hospitality and care.
As a Guest Service Manager, Aryanna ensures that every guest who walks through our doors feels valued, comfortable, and attended to with the utmost care. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in people make her a natural at building connections and creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Tori Olton
Meet Tori, the vibrant force behind our social media presence at Bloom Beauty Bar. At just 23, Tori is a multi-talented individual with a diverse array of professions under her belt. With a background in caregiving, photography, website design, and fine art, Tori brings a unique perspective and creative flair to our team.
A graduate of Sacramento State University in 2022 with a degree in photography, Tori's formal education has provided her with a solid foundation in visual storytelling, which she seamlessly incorporates into her work at Bloom Beauty Bar.
Tori's journey with Bloom Beauty Bar began serendipitously. As a client of Stephanie's, she stumbled upon an opportunity to merge her passion for creativity with the beauty industry. Since then, Tori has immersed herself in the world of hair, eager to learn and explore every aspect of the craft.
With her keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling, Tori excels in capturing the essence of Bloom Beauty Bar through captivating reels and engaging content. She takes immense pride in showcasing the heart and soul of our salon, ensuring that our online presence reflects the warmth and expertise that defines our brand.
Outside of her role at Bloom Beauty Bar, you can find Tori pursuing her various interests, whether behind a camera's lens, designing stunning websites, or creating beautiful works of art.
